Recommendations
Your responsibility as a VIP-Nudes visitor/member
As a visitor of VIP nudes, we do recommend that you download and install an antivirus software, an adware/spyware detection software, and to use a browser that actually allows you to control your privacy settings and protects you from malicious websites.
The reason for this is simple: if you're a member, you protect your account - any compromised accounts are automatically disabled by our security system - and proactively help us respect the wishes of our models. You're protecting your privacy and taking a step towards being a smarter web surfer. You also protect yourself against numerous scam/phishing websites simply by following these recommendations.
Antivirus
There are many free popular antivirus programs available for Windows. You can check them out by heading to download.com, the most popular free antiviruses are always listed on that page. A personal favorite is the free AVG antivirus.
Please remember to frequently update your antivirus and to perform weekly scans of your computer.
Anti-Spyware software
You need that because there are some minor potential privacy risks that an antivirus may not recognize.
There are a lot of choices, they're also listed on the main page of download.com. A Personal favorite is the free ad-aware program.
Browser
Internet Explorer, the default internet browser that comes with Windows is a horrible piece of software. It's full of bugs, critical security holes aren't quickly addressed, and updates are often bundled with the controversial Windows Genuine Advantage program.
Think of Internet Explorer as a stock part that comes with any object that you purchase. Stock parts aren't always the best parts and they don't offer you a lot of room for customization.
Internet Explorer's being installed by default on Windows along with the security vulnerabilities means that it's a great target for malicious users and crackers. That means that you may be jeopardizing your personal data and even browsing history by simply using an inefficient browser such as Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer also doesn't work that well with this and many other websites. The visitors who use modern browsers often get to see some special effects that only those modern customizable browsers are capable of rendering.
Alternative, more secure browsers are available and are free.
Some browsers like Firefox are extremely customizable and even have a private browsing mode in which no data about your browsing history is kept on your computer. That means that you don't have to worry about clearing your cache or your browsing history once you turn private browsing on.
Opera is a personal favorite. It's secure but is a closed-source software.
Google's Chrome is another great choice.
There's also Apple's Safari.
Operating system
Now this can be considered a drastic measure, but if your use of your computer is limited to word editing, browsing, and multimedia, then Linux may be a great alternative to Windows and even Mac OS. It's completely free, is open-source so you're not sure there's no data-gathering code hidden into the OS, and it offers great freedom. A great distribution of Linux for starters is Ubuntu. You can even try it without installing anything. Just be careful during the installation, as it can wipe your old operating system if you're not familiar with partitioning.
